Moderator: Mr. Mügge, Mr. Pavlovic, you founded MPSP to support companies in the area of ​​personnel placement and temporary employment. What was your motivation to become self-employed in this area?

Mick Mügge: Our motivation is to build a bridge between companies and qualified specialists, especially in the blue-collar sector. Many companies are urgently looking for staff, but the market is often confusing. We not only wanted to close this gap, but to do so with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Valentino Pavlovic: In addition, we cover the entire process - from recruitment to legal issues such as visa processes and residence permits. There are many administrative hurdles and we want to support our customers here. Our goal is not only to place staff, but also to ensure that they fit into the company in the long term.

International Recruitment: The Process Behind Recruitment

Moderator: They recruit mainly from EU countries, but also take third countries into account. How does this process work?

Mick Mügge: We primarily rely on skilled workers from the EU, as this enables quick and flexible recruitment. But we also have experience with recruiting from third countries, which requires more intensive support - from the residence permit to the visa process. Our team takes care of all administrative steps so that our customers can concentrate on their day-to-day business.

Valentino Pavlovic: The focus on EU countries offers our customers short-term solutions, while our international network is advantageous for specific requirements. No matter whether short-term or long-term assignments – we always find a solution.
